Helping leaders realize their potential in the workplace and beyond

Kim Meninger is a leadership coach and public speaker who has a great passion for sharing her strategies and perspective on being a leader in the workplace. To prepare for her new keynote presentation, Kim was producing a new keynote reel that would showcase her previous presentations, show a sneak peak to her new one, and have interview portions speaking on the inspiration behind what she does. While she already had a production company to edit the project together, she was seeking a videographer to film her interviews and portions of her new keynote presentation.

The methodology behind the filming was based on the production company's needs. Before we did anything, I wrote out a few questions to them to ensure I not only captured what they needed and envisioned for the reel, but also ensure I delivered the assets in their desired specs and quality types. I also included an in-depth script supervisor document that listed all the takes of the footage, any issues with said footage, and the prefered shots.
